Fairyhill Studio Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Fairyhill Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our personalized art gifts, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly personalized due to our error.

    • Personalized items that are made according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for return unless they meet the criteria above.

  2. Return Period:

    • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fairyhillstudio@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly personalized due to our error.

    • Personalized items cannot be exchanged for different items or designs.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at fairyhillstudio@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or personalized items made to customer specifications (unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly personalized due to our error).

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
